Hello everyone, I have a bx24 with about 200 hours on it. The other day it would not start and after a quick inspection it was apparant that there was no fuel. I looked on the forum and saw some discussion on changing the fuel filters. I replaced them today and it fired right up. The filter on the bottom was very accessible and took maybe 10 minutes to change. I dont have any skid plates on my tractor. The one on the side of the engine is a little more challenging. I used a quarter in ratchet and 10 mil socket to remove the filter clamp. I took the fuel line off the injector pump and cut the tie wrap holding the fuel line to a wire harness. I pulled the filter and line down and out of the bottom of the tractor and replace the filter. I put new clamps on as the original ones seemed to be brittle and a couple of them broke.. I fished the line and filter back up and put the hose back on the pump. I would say this way takes about 20 minutes or so..
