Thanks folks for your support and advice. Found the problem. Apparently all the various sensors & safety switches have a 'brain' - one sensor that 'sees' what the other ones are doing. At least that's how the parts dept described it.

Mine was broken.

So, $107 and a snap-on later everything works again.
And I learned about bypassing the seat switches - for diagnostic purposes of course...

Thanks.

Sounds like joy.
Found a parts manual. I'll have to order the WSM.
May order a new seat switch and see if that does any good first.
thnx.

The WSM will be your best investment. Using that is how I learned my way around my BX both electrically and hydraulicy. Has saved me time, money, and frustration. While your are at it get the parts manual also; they make good companions.

Where was that one located? The ones other than the seat are in locations that can get damaged easily. I have replaced all of my interlock switches so far in 1500 Hrs. I used to run my BX in the woods a lot so always jamming a chunk of wood someplace, including the HST cooling fan. None of my BX25 switches are snap in type like that one.

Sorry didn稚 check earlier Ron. This is located under the fender just to the left of the right rear tire. I think what occurred is that it was crushed when raising the 3pt hitch bar.
