BX24 Mid Mounted Mower

Stopped by the nearby dealer today and asked about the price for a 60" MMM for my BX24.
Is $2500 a high price or right on? I thought they were $2000.
Are there any other brands of MMMs that fit the BX24 or are their just aftermarket PTO mowers?
I was told the MMM is by far the best way to cut grass.

List price on Kubota's web site is $1,999. Sometimes dealers will try to add shipping, but if you tell them to combine it with their next normal delivery you can usually avoid the shipping charges, but you might wait longer. Either way, $2,500 is way high. Shop around more. And, no, there are no non-Kubota MMMs that fit your tractor, only 3 point PTO types.

You might also try Craigslist. There are always mower decks listed in various sizes, conditions and prices.

THeres a 54 inch fine cut listed on craigslist boston right now. Its located in Middleborro MA. He also has a bagger, BH thunb and tooth bar for the BX. The snow blower is sold (I will enjoy the snowblower).

The dealership 3 miles from me wants $2200.
The dealership 30 miles from me wants $1869 and was a whole lot friendlier on the phone (and less BS). I am driving by the friendlier dealership Saturday morning and I will have my check book and pickup truck.

So I got a call on Thursday from the store owner stating, "Your mower deck has finally come in!"
So I picked it up this morning and started putting it on after supper tonight.
She is all on and I had to do a couple dozen laps around the back yard. I will probably be able to cut my mowing time down to 3 or 4 hours now.
