3-Point Hitch BX24 parts to complete 3 point hitch?

Guys,

I have a new to me BX24 that was shipped with a backhoe. What parts are necessary to make the 3 point hitch work when the backhoe is dismounted?

Kubota sells the assembly for the 3PT as an option for the BX w/BH. You have to buy the whole kit to have all the pieces. Your manual should have the mounting details. My BX 25 manual does.

The BX24 came with a 3 point hitch kit from the factory. You might want to check where you got it from to see if they have it.

It was then made an option starting with the BX25.

I had a BX25 and bought the optional 3ph parts and never mounted them because I never removed the BH. I now have a B2620 with a BH and the parts for the 3ph were removed to install the BH and the parts are laying on my garage floor, I'll probably never install them. I'm sure there are others that have bought a BX24 that have not nor ever will remove the BH to install the 3ph arms/parts. Now your task, if you want to save some money is to find just one of those people that would rather have cash instead of those parts that they will never use and they believe they know they wont. Or fork out the money to any Kubota dealer for the parts. Shop around for a dealer that doesn't have to make all their money on one sale. Maybe contact Barlows who are next door in Kentucky and a TBN advertising dealer and get a price delivered to your door and maybe get price to include your fluids and filters for change when they are due.

Looks identical to my BX25 one which I had to buy separate. Enjoy putting it all together. I have a QH for mine so I do not have to wrestle with it every time I change implements when I have the BH off. I am seriously thinking another tractor as I have the BH on a lot and want other things going at the same time. Probably get a BX 2370 or 2670 as the BH and FEL are options as are rear and front hydraulics.
