Bx25d stalls

Kubota bx25d 200 hours. I had a small hydo leak, drove it to the garage and replaced line. While I was there I changed the oil and filter and the fuel filters and fuel pump. Now it starts but when I push the forward or reverse HST the engine stalls. I bypassed the seat safety switches but that didn’t help.

Curious as to why you replaced the fuel pump?

In any event, if there was nothing wrong with the old pump, if it were me, I'd put the old fuel pump back on and see what happens.

Otherwise, retrace your steps and make sure everything was installed correctly.
