Sounds great. I run my rear blower at 540 rpms . The front blower I had on my B I ran at 2100 rpms. If I ran it any slower I would chew up shear bolts like crazy.

It's been over 40 years since I took the mechanical engineering 'strengths of materials' course. But the makes perfect sense to me, although I assume by '540' you mean just about wide open throttle for the rear pto, and '2100' must have been close to the same engine rpm, although the gearing is considerably different.
