While waiting for some parts to come in, I went ahead and installed the QH assembly today. Nowhere in the instructions or manual can i find the color code for the two hydraulic hoses that operate the "up and down" cylinder on the QH.

Can someone take a quick look or if you just remember which color is assigned to the top of the cylinder and which color is assigned to the bottom of the cylinder, I would be most grateful.

Well, I went out and just moved them around. Aren't that many possible combinations. Turns out? The manual sure doesn't match the block on my BX2360. The QH manual said to use the blue and the red ports and included blue and red rings to place on the hoses. On my hydro block, the yellow and white work the up and down.

So, I guess I'll just get some multi-colored plastic tape from the dollar store and mark them accordingly.

On my BX25 it's definitely white and yellow for up and down.

Can you see the two Red and two Blue ID rings included in the kit? So odd. I mean, it's no big deal, but both the directions and the inclusion of the blue/red rings is odd. Bleh. Maybe I'll save them for the second cylinder and lines I intend to add to give the second set of functions.

Yep, I agree it's a mystery but that looks like the same qh I use for my blower and your ports are set up the same as mine so I'm confident it should be white and yellow.
