The loader is strong. Be sure to grease the 4 bucket pivots frequently. Everything on my L48 went smooth with no problems what so ever. I put solid bolts in the flip down grille guard instead of the pin type just to eliminate the slight rattle they made. I never needed to flip the grille down in the year and a half I had my L48. RPM seems to work great around 1800 or so.
