how many power trac dealers are there out there , i have never seen one.

None. It's factory direct, made in the U.S.A., located in Tazewell, VA. You know that before you purchase. No dealers. Phone support is outstanding. Parts arrive in 2 days.

Well, can you blame people for speculating when they see a place selling new tractors, and then it closes, then another pops up, and it closes, and none of those places are actually tractor dealers, just some "place" like a lawn and garden shop, or an actual junk yard, or, as in my state, the closest Branson dealer is 90 miles away, called "Fix It Shop" and looks like this from the street? Any reasonable person would be skeptical.

I've seen this with several other brands of tractors as well. And we saw this at Rural King many years ago when they sold tractors, then stopped. Now that they're starting up again, people are justifiably skeptical that they'll stick around. It looks and sounds like they're going to stick with it and only time will tell.
Local feed store in my town just picked up LS. No sign of any service capabilities or any indication of tractor knowledge. They also recently started calling a couple relatively unknown ATVs & UTVs, for what it's worth...

Personally, after years of procrastination and then a year of research, I bought Branson from a dealer 100mi/2.2h away. Strong good dealer, bombproof tractor.

The point about how many Branson dealers have come and gone in the last 20 years?

And it's not just Branson. There are several brands that come and go and come and go to the point that a buyer cannot be comfortable making such a large purchase and not knowing if the dealer (or the brand) will be around in just a few short years.

How is Power Trac any different ??
They don't have dealers to see if they would come/go. But what makes that Mfg. any safer bet than any of these other brands you speak of..
Their not IMO.

I've seen the following brands sold at locations for a brief period, and they are all no longer sold at those locations.... Branson, Century, Mahindra, Foton, Montana, and probably a couple others.

So it's not some incessant whining when people question if brands, like Branson, are going to be around in the future, since the dealers obviously have moved around too many times to be depended on with any consistency.

I hope they are sucessful. Just as I hope RK stays in it for the long haul. Let's check back in 20 years and see how it went.
