looking for a tractor that will compliment a Z4340 that is small enough for finish mower work in the yard but large enough to run a 35 pto hp aero-vator. Is this tractor with a 101" turning radius too big for lawn work? Does it come with a reversor option? Would also like to know what is being paid for the tractor only. Would appreciate some advice.

I paid $12,600 for a 3035 the end of June. Seems like the aerovator is gonna dictate what size tractor that you need to get. The smallest you would probably want to go in the Century line is a 3040 or 3045. These tractor have a 101" turning radius with the brake. You probably don't really want to turn this way on a lawn. I guess the turning radius would depend on how much maneuvering that you'll need based the the layout of your yard.

The 3040 and 3045 listed above are now C42L and C47L. I have a C47L and would not mow my lawn with it. For a number of reasons. My yard has to many things to mow around, the trackor is over 6000 lbs with FEL and fluid in back tires, and with that weight any sharp turns or any wet day would make a mess out of my yard. Now if you are talking finish mowing for a big empty yard, ditches or waterways around fields then I'd say go for it. You might as well get C47L that is the same size but more power than the C42L. I got mine with a loader and other stuff but Dan from Creek County Equip gave me a good deal.

Have a great one
