It has been a S L O W process. No ambition after I come home from work and the weekends I just cant get motivated.
I made a "headliner" out of some 20ga metal. It leaves about 2-2.5" between it and the roof. I will be putting a sound deadner on the top side and headliner material on the bottom side.
I also mounted the new heater on the celling behind me so it can blow air onto the windshield and the 2 front side windows.
Also got a 6 switch panel with cig lighter, usb port, volt gauge. Mounted it in a small box and that will get mounted up on the ceiling between the right door and side glass.
a Mounted a 2 speed 8" fan in the right front cover to move the heat in the winter and hopefully cool me off in the summer
NOW. Why do you think about tinting the windows? Waste of time? or well worth it
