Cab for a Cub? 2518

Now that I have my new 2518 and a snowblower.. AND my checkbook has recovered. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Does Cub, or anyone for that matter, make a cab for it?

I dont see it listed on the cub website. I would think that would be a no brainer. It would be awful nice to stay out of the blowing snow.

"Sims" makes an all steel and glass cab for Cadets. From pics i've seen, they're real nice. I think you can also get a heater for it.
I believe you can have your dealer order it.

Exactly what I was looking for.. BUT they dont make anything for the cubs in the 2000 series. The smallest on the website is the 3000 series. I couldn't get a 3000... It wouldnt fit in my shed.

there is the link for those that are interested. I did email the company and ask them if the 3000 one is used on the 2000 series. We'll see if they email back.

Don't know what your machines are like, but check out the possibility of using a golf cart cover as a homemade cab. It sure worked out great for me. You can do a search for 'homemade cab' and maybe find links here to some pictures.
