NO! At least I can't figure out how it could. The lower pins face inward, giving an awkward spacing that a quick hitch will not line up. It makes sense to have the pins facing inward from a stress standpoint since it is a rear implement that gets pushed backward rather than pulled forward. So the tendancy to spread the 3PH arms while pushing is against the frame of the blower rather than just the lynch pins. The opposite is true of any 3PH implement is meant to be pulled, the pins face out so when the arms tend to pull inward, the stess is on the frame of the implement. But that setup really messes you up for the Speeco.
Attached are some pics showing the pin arrangement and the measurements across. Notice the inside spread is about 26.5" and the outside is about 30.5".
