Is it wrapped in foil, or air gap from touching outside metal?

What about sealing walls? I was thinking about calking or foaming along bottom of metal for rodents, but then I also worried about mooisture needing to run out.

Rat trim on bottom so no critters can get in. No bubble bubble on walls I do have it on roof to stop condensation. 6 inch insulation in walls metal studs through out 8 inch in ceiling but I might try for 10" if I can get it in trusses.
