cable/phone/internet wiring ?

I wired my house a couple of years ago, not during a remodel (it was not fun to fish every run). I used a Leviton box that you can get from HD as it pretty inexpensive and consolidates eveything into one flush box in a closet as I really don't have a space for a wall board for a bunch of 66 and 110 blocks. I ran 2 Cat5 and one RG6 to each location but the key was to leave a fish string in each run so if I need to do a future run I don't have to blind fish again. I have already had to pull new service into the main box where I also left a fish and always pull a new one so there is always one there.

As others have said, technology changes at an incredible pace so make sure you make it easy to change or add in the future.
