Cadillac of tractors?

I think if you buy any of the better known tractors you'll be impressed. They are all made "somewhere else" now. I love my New Holland 3040. And I love my Neighbors Kubota MX 5100 too.

And by the way we both get a lot of Utility out of our cuts.

All around tractor use, I have to go with New Holland. With that said, I was blown away by the size of the castings on the Kioti tractors. The FWD housing on the front end was heavier that some of the tractors I've seen on the rear end. I've never owned or operated one.

Cadillacs being chevvies with different emblems and Cobalts being mere runabouts, makes it kinda hard to suggest anything for Ya.

Tractors (other than the driveway status symbol ones) tend to be function oriented more than fit and finish.

Maybe you WANT to convey to the neighbors that you have bought a BMWee or Mecredeeze class of machine - the NH new boomers with faux 8N paint probably do that, or come close (-:
Not sure if JD has a "retro" style tractor that exudes the quality of the past, you could check.

Now, if Ya wanna actually SKI behind a boat you won't find many Cobalts running the course, you need a boat that can track well despite the pull of the skier, one that can actually stay in the course. Very very few I/O boats can.
Start looking at Correct Craft and Master Craft.
For bare footing ? You might look at ....Ooops, straying from the subject again.

Are any Kubotas rebadged from other manufacturers? I've never heard anything like that.

I had a NH TT60 for a short while. It was very noisy (got me to start wearing earplugs on everything), and had a horrible turning radius that added time to bush hogging. It was worth taking a loss to trade it in. I've been told that NH has always had a big turning radius, I guess that's why they now have their "super steer".

I think some of Kubota's attachments are, but not their tractors. That's what I like most about Kubota. They seem to be the manufacturer that makes the most in-house assemblies & parts. I have been all over my M-7040 and unlike previous tractors I have owned, most major parts are made by Kubota. I like GM for that on my truck, too. GM owns the Allison transmission plant in MD and the Duramax diesel plant in OH. The quality control on both have been excellent for me.
