Calling all Plow experts!!!

Anyone out there ever hear of a single bottom plow made by Phillips? I've seen a picture and it's a good looking plow - looks remarkably like a Ferguson. Looks pretty solid, fixed bottom, coulter with scraper, and tail wheel. Moldboard has a nice shape. I like the looks of it, just never heard of one. Any input?

Could it be a Dale Phillips? Still never seen a plow by him. Also I believe the plow to be an older one.
