Calling from england special shovel

I was watching a u tube video from USA

A guy was clearing out a blocked ditch
He was using a long handled shovel
This one was perforated with loads of round holes so he could fish out the vegetation mud etc and the water drained thru
Brilliant
Would this be a home made tool or are these commonly found in your agricultural stores ?
I would love to add one to my tool collection
