This is getting kind of comical...there's a saying up here "You can't get there from here." Looks like it applies to Texas too... /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Well from my understanding you just about killed yourself there of getting any help. It is my understanding that America loves the Cowboys but the people from Texas don't care so much for them?? Let's see . . ., the franchise started in 1960, I used to work the games in '65-'68 when they played in the Cotton Bowl, they moved to Irving (Texas Stadium) in 1971, and I haven't been to a game since they moved and never went to one when they were in Dallas, except when I was getting paid to be there. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif And now they're going to move to Arlington.

This is hearsay as the Cowboys are bigger than GOD (or at least a close second /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif) here. The Houston Texans on the other hand, well, I can't tell you anything about them.

As for your tractor, I am about 180 miles away myself. But, there are several posters on here from East Texas and I can't help but think that one of them is within easy driving distance.

That's what I'm hopin for Joe....I certainly don't want anyone going out of their way and it's not something the "needs" to be done. Just would like a set of eyes on this thing before I have it shipped all the way up here.

Sorry about not getting the East Texas part into the title, it may have helped.

I took the import stab as a compliment. Do you guys know that Texas is the only state that was a country? Also, its the only state in the union where the state flag is allowed to fly even with the American flag. Our capitol building is bigger than the one in DC also......

Oh, by the way, Longview is about 3 hours from here, so I doubt I'll be going through there any time soon. The closest I have been there in while was when I was in Paris (TX) to watch a class 2A high school baseball playoff game last Thursday and Saturday (we won!!)
