Could be but most of the camp sellers are elderly, so could be selling because its became to difficult to use. Maybe kids don't want it either.

I remember reading a comment on another website where someone said that heirs want cash and real estate because the real estate can be turned into cash.

Like one we looked at and ended up with a flat tire driving rustic. Will post photos at a later date.

Back in the 80s my wife and I used to go camping in the UP fairly often. There were dozens of the small mom and pop cabin motels for sale. Little house for mom and pop, with half a dozen or more little cabins. Many were on lake fronts. We might have bought one, however, the job opportunities were few and far between. It would have been long commutes to jobs. Seemed every 5-6th house had a highway department truck in the driveway, so they were employing quite a few folks back then.

A camp we looked at near Ewen MI. Its interesting but out of the lake snow area. Sorry to say folks but I'm struggling with processing photos and making them smaller. New desk top with new software..

Ewen was farm country up there yrs ago lol. So of course it's somewhat flat and probably lots of rocks but at least you'd be by big valley for your Ford cars.
