The little building should be rather easy to elevate. As long as it has a strong enough frame and floor. I recently moved my 12X16 wooden shed with the help of my wife and a neighbor. You should easily be able to lift one side at a time with jacks, I used the old timey offroad bumper jacks. I just lifted one side until it was about a block higher than the other side, cribbed it with blocks on that side then went to the other side and did the same thing, over and over until it was high enough to back a trailer under. If you wanted to add sonotube concrete you may even be able to crib it high enough to add them without having to move the building out of the way first. I bet it could be a weekend project.
