Time to do a little driveway and private road work on my property. Up to now, I've used a box blade but I've been looking at a grader blade to finish up. My box blade is a 5 footer but I thought maybe I could go to a 6 foot grader blade. Think the Branson can handle it ok, or should I stick with a 5 foot length for the grader?

Any comments would be appreciated.

No problem with a 6ft blade. You have the wt. and enough hp to handle it well.

I run a 6' boxblade and 7' rear blade on my 35 HP tractor ( similar weight, size and power but differant brand) with no problem.
I recommend a 7' rear blade.

I've got a 6-foot tilt blade on my 3510 and have never had a problem. Gravel, snow (not much of that in Central VA), dirt, large rocks - you name it! I used the offset/tilt to keep the ditches open along our road. The tractor doesn't care - just keeps going. Got the blade at our local C'ville dealer.
