Soundguy, Actually, it is a tubed tire. Thats why I continued to use it. I'm going to take it to a local latino tire shop and let them work their majic on it. Those guys are amazing with what they come up with. I've seen glue that will glue O-rings together, why not the tire of a slow moving tractor. thanks again guys.

Oring glue is common. I worked in a water meter factory during college int he early 90's. We custom made our orings.. had biig spools of oring stock.. just cut to fit with a razor blade, anf glue... I don't remember having many oring failures.. etc.
Glueing a tire is way different... I'd lace it first...
