It is an interesting old plow. Looking at the obvious. It's missing a lot. We can see that the reversing handle (wood) is missing. It most likely had 2 wheels plus the existing guage wheel up front. I can't make out the point of attachment which could have been horse/mule drawn or tractor but apparently was not dependent on a hitch for support. Yet the guage wheel lever is forward so you could operate it from a tractor seat. A disc plow of this age could have been one of the first. The 180 degree adjustable reversing handle together with the adjustable guage wheel would have allowed for an infinate furrow depth and pitch. A farmer could plow a furrow, turn around, reverse the disc and plow an adjacent furrow in the opposite direction (as opposed to a circular or looping pattern with a fixed disc).

She's kinda in a mess, its probably horse drawn, with the pole attaching to the 2 bolt holes in the last pic, but you're missing a wheel I believe.
