Why not just try it with your tiller and blade. Turn the blade backward to drag just a bit of dirt and it will work better for levelling ruts.
Till it first and let the back plate on the tiller drag as much as possible. It will auto-level a lot of it as you till. Then get the blade on and back drag it in an x pattern then go crosswise of your X and it should be pretty level. Dragging an old piece of chain link fence would help also.
If you cant get it to your satisfaction, then you can hire it done with nothing but a little fuel and time invested.
