yep.. towing with a half ton is not my bag anymore. heck.. given the choice I won't tow with my 3/4 ton either. it's either the 1t or the 1.5t
the wifes half ton yukon is a 'car' as far as I'm concerned. I got rid of my good running dodge ram 1500 ( 98 model ) just for the towing issues. not that it was inadequate.. I just was always wanting to push the envelope.. and being on the edge of safe, constantly.. ain't safe.
Bigger tow vehicle , more stopping power and weight.. I feel safer... more power on an uphill climb too...
