My 2 cents: what I would do 1st> take the tractor to a scale and have it weighed, then go from there. but the trailer brakes are a must.
I looked at the manufacturer's weights that are for only the tractor, this does NOT mean with the loader and bucket. When I had my tractor delivered, I took it straight to a scale and weighed it with the tractor, loader and brush-hog and there's a shocking weight differance.
