20 to 105 rpm variable speed... That must be nice and not very noisy?

I have a dewalt dry saw (they are not correctly refered to as cold saws since they don't run coolant). I love this thing. Had I the oportunity to do it again I would have bought this long before the plasma cutter.

Best advice I have is ditch the crappy vise table, make yourself a nice bolt down plate and use mill bed fixturing. Holds stronger, more versitile, not much slower to layout.

Two different tools, plasma for sheet/plate and a cold/chop saw for shapes. Gotta have both in my book.

Yeah I agree. For my purpose though I use the dry saw much more. I am fortunate enough to have access to a rather large shear at work which handles most of the sheet and plate I do, which isn't much.
