Mowing Can L175 handle 60" finish mower?

Found a nice condition L175 with a 60" 3 point mounted finish mower. Seems like a lot of mower for this tractor. Seems like a nice setup, but need some opinions before I go forward. Anything on tractor would also be appreciated.

It will probably handle it - but if the crop is dense or wet or the terrain is hilly, the power will seem on the low side. Has the seller used the two together? Is it being replaced for a power or size reason?
