I am seeing the same problem here, affecting all three browsers I tried. Must be a website issue. Never had problems before.

Nope, manage attachments only works for me with pics I've uploaded before. Won't take new ones. Must be a TBN site problem.

I had the same problem yesterday. I would go through all of the steps, but no picture displayed and nothing in Manage Attachments.

W8.1 and Chrome.
