Just based on what I've read in this forum over several years - Those Korean Kukje's are pretty near total orphans in the US. Handlers in BC imported some, I think, and may be the only vendor willing to research and order parts.
For a hobby farm this might make sense assuming if something breaks you can afford month or two downtime while Handlers orders parts from Korea. (and substantial import/customs [twice]/shipping overhead). To earn a living with - I don't think I would choose a Kukje.

I would definitely, for certain, arrange to get those and related parts BEFORE putting down any money to buy this tractor. The seller isn't going to find another buyer while you are working on this.blown head gasket and/or a few cracked pistons
