Backhoe Can someone show me pics of BX24,25 subframe

Hey guys, Im interested in seeing what a subframe looks like and how it attach's to a BX24,25 to support a back hoe. I may have an option to purchase a BH from a 24. Dont know what happen to the rest of the tractor but the BH is like new.:thumbsup:

I did the best I could shooting some pics off my BX25. With the backhoe on it was tough. Like trying to tell someone how to put their coat on. Basically, the two lower pins on the hoe lock into a hook; the two upper pins are then inserted to lock the hoe in place.

I found a pic with the hoe off the back of the BX25. However, I do have my homemade trailer hitch in the way.

cschultz, there was a very enterprising fellow (wills670) that adapted a BX24 BT601 BHoe to his BX2200 and he has reported great reviews for it.
He custom made the subframing for it and posted a pretty good step by step on his mod.
Do a google search on "Got my brackets cut out for backhoe mod." and you should find several threads on it.

Good luck, it can be done.

Are you sure you want to buy a BH from BX24 ? the value of BX24 will go down dramatically since its missing the B from the TLB it was designed to be. If you really want a BH for your tractor, you might be better off with a woods unit as its designed to be hooked on a 3 pt and has pto hydraulic pump, etc.

The BX24 BH DEPENDS on the HST oil from the tractor. You will be spending alot of money to add a subframe, pto hydraulic pump, oil tank, pto hookup, etc.
I would say its cheaper to get a woods unit.

The BX24 tractor is not there. Dont know if it was sold or what but the BH from the BX24 will operate from my tractor hydraulics. Just need a few lines to hook up. And of course a frame.
