Can you have 2 passwords (kids and parents) on home internet?

That's crazy. :confused2:

Our WIFI password is unique. It only lets people onto our WIFI so that they can access the internet with their own devices. There's no way they can get into any of our devices with just the WIFI password. The printer has it's own WIFI, and I made that the same as our internet WIFI password in case someone needs to print something.

Your printer has it's own WiFi? Don't think so. Your printer connects to your routers WiFi and in turn any device that wants to print has to be on that same WiFi network.

Epson XP-310
No router required for wireless printing.

A NAS device should have more security than a WIFI password.

I dunno, the NAS I use (W-D MyCloud) doesn't even have a password to access the public folders. Maybe you can set one but I've never had any need, and I doubt most users set one either.

Public folders are public.
Private folders are private.

I have access to all the devices on my network. My 'guests' don't other than my printers and of course the internet.

I have guest wifi, only has 1Mb access to Internet.

I have vlans for management interfaces, if possible. A vlan for IoT type stuff, another for stuff i don't want to have access to the Internet. Also one that can access all the stuff on any of the vlans.

A number of years ago, i played around with some software that could be used to see what other people were looking at on their browsers, while connected to the same WiFi network.
