Can you identify the Manufacturer of this Tiller?

I'm looking for help identifying the manufacturer of this tiller. I see no markings on it. I need to buy tines but it would help to identify it, thanks!

Its blue i wonder if it is Ford or new holland?

Don't know mdl# but to me that looks like a "vintage"(nice word for old) Satoh/Mitsubishi tiller or an Iseki.
