ATI Preseeder

Good evening. I picked up what I believe to be an ATI Preseeder. I’m not sure f the model number. There are no plaques or stickers on it identifying manufacturer. The one sticker was a dealer that closed in the early 80s. Any info you may have to help me identify this piece would be greatly appreciated. Looking for a parts manual. I need to replace the clutch. I would contact the manufacturer. They are still in business, based in PA.
