It's really just the way the wheels are mounted to the axle for what might look like long axles.
I'd say it looks like a 300 or 400 model built in 55,56 but it could be a 350 or 450 just newer models built the next two years. The loader looks to be older off a Farmall H or M. These tractors had independent PTO as well as live hydraulics and were well built. Most parts are still available.

Don't assume that it is worthless. The tires are adjustable. I had a Farmall Super C. The Super designates that it had hydraulics - as this does. You would be surprised what this tractor is worth, how long they last, and how easy they are to fix with a little TLC. I don't care for the narrow front, but they have their purpose.
