It's really just the way the wheels are mounted to the axle for what might look like long axles.
I'd say it looks like a 300 or 400 model built in 55,56 but it could be a 350 or 450 just newer models built the next two years. The loader looks to be older off a Farmall H or M. These tractors had independent PTO as well as live hydraulics and were well built. Most parts are still available.
