I have no doubt that bike would be difficult to re learn to ride. I once worked at a warehouse that had a stand up forklift with "backwards" steering. I was told it was somewhat common in the east. It once went to the shop for 2 weeks and a rental unit was delivered with normal steering. We did not notice till the truck driver had left. I told management that they needed to call the forklift company and have them send someone out to swap the steering hoses to "backwards" for us. They wanted us to just "work with it" as it was only a couple of weeks. I told them the merchandise and pallet racks would all be destroyed after 4 weeks of not being able to safely drive it. He tried to tell me it was only 2 weeks and i had to remind him it takes 2 weeks to get used to steering and another 2 weeks when the old machine comes back. It got changed back for us.
Throwing balance into the equation would really make that bike tough to ride.
Also, I remember way back in school being shown a film that was in black and white. The guy in the film wore some goggles that turned his vision upside down. After a few days he was doing everything normally and even flew and landed a mall plane. It became normal to him.
