Just found the site for the airport closest to me and it looks like they sell only Jet A @ $1.80gal. As a matter of fact it's the only one they have listed.

Some 30 years ago, when I was stationed in Alaska, we would sometimes burn JP-4 in our Yukon stoves. These burn from a dropper valve, so will burn damnear anything liquid.

JP-4 burned about as hot as diesel, but was easier to light at -40.

Just got back and it was $1.65gal. I asked the guy their about how cheap it was and all he said was "They sell the same stuff at the New Mexico airport delvilered by the same company by the same driver for over $3gal we arent the greedy type here." /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
