Price Check Canadian 3010 Pricing

I should have posted this earlier, like my 4300 post. I ended up buying a 3010 - $27010 (C/W FEL, Industrial tires, 1 remote valve, foldable ROPS), a 4690 Hoe $8375 and an Agrotrend S60 Snowblower $1915. All in C$37375 + tax. They gave me $11,300 for my Case 580C. This was a difficult decision - the 4300 and 3010 are so close. Any comments? Hope this is useful.

I was at a dealer last week east of Toronto. 4690 demo backhoe for $7,000.00 + tax. Price for Tractor & FEL is about 17,500 USD That sounds like a good price. Do you have to add PST & GST. 15% sure does add a hefty increase to cost./w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif

Yep, I have to add 15%, however thats of the net cost (excluding the value of the trade in) which is idiotic, but thats typical. But it gets better - the government gets about half my pre-tax income before I see it, so I have to earn about C$80,000 to pay for a tractor which lists for $35,000. No doubt all of that money they take from me is going to a good use, but I am a little suspect.
