My local dealers as as follows...
After inquiring in person about 30'ish HP tractor, I was handed a Kubota brochure and told to read it. All while the sales rep walked away from me. They instantly lost my business.
The JD dealer qutoed an outrageous price ($29,XXX w/ no implements) and when I asked if there was some wiggle room he said NO and that was the price...take it or leave it. I left it.
Then I went to the New Holland/Case IH dealer. The were $8000 more than my Bobcat and their in house financing didn't like the fact that the dealer put an aftermarket FEL and tiller on it and took 3 weeks to decide whether they wanted my sale or not. At least the salesman was apologetic and helpful...but I lost confidence with a company that took that long to decide about financing.
At that point I bought elsewhere. The Bobcat dealer answered my email the next morning and followed up with a verification phone call. I went 4 days later to test drive a tractor and 2 weeks after I had my machine (ordered in).
268 hrs later I love my Bobcat CT230 more than ever. More features and less $$$ to buy. That left more $$$ for implements.
