canopy for TC40D, saw pix and can\'t find them now!

Hi. A few days ago, on one of the TBN boards, I saw a few pictures of a blue Firebird canopy for a NH, I think it was on a class 3. It was exactly what I want for my TC40D. I am about to buy one, and need to tell my dealer exactly what I want, but I can't remember where those pictures were! I THINK it was a fairly new post, but I could be totally wrong. Any ideas? Thanks.

Tell your dealer you want New Holland part number FFBA32BDS This is the part number of the sunshade you saw on here. Dealer list price $431.20 hope this helps.

You may have seen the canopy on my TC-40D. Click on my signature link to get a better idea. I have been very happy with the fiberglass canopy and also had a Firebird canopy on my last tractor as well. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I did a Search of TBN for Firebird, found a post here that had a link to the website.

Thanks for the help, guys. I have already seen the Firebird pix, but something didn't look right about them. I thought I saw a different one recently here. I guess not.

No, but those look pretty cool. The one I thought I saw looked alot like the Firebird. Maybe it was. I also saw one on a TC40 at another dealer, just a quick look. It said Firebird Fibreglass, and it also said something else as far as a name. It wasn't a model number. I liked the way that one looked too. I think where I'm stuck is that the ones they show on the Firebird site look a little different now, like they maybe added that upturned lip at the rear on top. I think I liked the other ones better, but like I said, I could just be hallucinating (naturally, of course!).

Bobby they have been using that upturned feature on their Firebird canopies to route rainwater to the back of the canopy for well over 6 years. It keeps the rain from falling in your lap in a downpour. You must have seen another manufacturer of canopies.

There was a thread that Robert_in_NY was looking for a canopy. The title had FOPS in it. There was a link to Sims, more round and looks pretty good on the NH it was shown on. Also, there are some pictures of the NH model mounted on the TN Garden tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
