Just to update- ever since I jumped the neutral safety, it has started as normal. I dont think I have a seat safety switch, or else its been disabled. My thinking is that the NSS for the PTO was engaged, and wouldnt unlock without the PTO turning, and it wouldnt turn without the engine running, and it wouldnt run without starting, and wouldnt start with the switch engaged. Sounds like a big loop, huh. Anyways, so far so good, but I'm sure not gonna turn him off with the PTO running anymore... at least not on purpose. Thanks for the replys- anything new I'll write in-

Yeah, put a call in to my dealer today, they are going to get the switch for me (under warranty) but I'll be installing it, since they want $120 to pickup and drop off my tractor... Oh well...
