I can start my tractor basically no issue, but once i bring her up to 2000-2200 she smokes a lot and huffs n puffs (the smoke seems to be light blue.) I have just changed my oil also. & recently my starter fuel pump failed so I replaced it and had bowl issues for filling up. now the pump is fine the bowl is full and seems fine. I thought maybe there could be air still in her but I bled the injectors and they bubbled out are and squirted some fuel out. am I missing something? or am i bleeding it wrong? thanks.

Is that a typo or is it a chainsaw engine your running?

I can only imagine the sound.
But seriously, assuming you mean 2000-2200 RPM, is it getting enough air?
Any chance there's a restriction in the intake or plugged up air filter?
Is the engine fully warmed up?
Put the palm your hand over the exhaust (not enough to block it) while it's running, then sniff your hand.
Does it smell like coolant?
Does the exhaust smell like it has a lot of unburned diesel fuel in it?

Checked intake, and air filters. ran it for awhile to warm up also. ill try the hand trick next time i try thanks. how else could coolant be issue ?

Maybe you have a partial blockage from your fuel tank. The lower speed may be able to draw enough fuel to run correctly but the higher speed demands more fuel than the blockage will allow. Crud ,rust, bugs or foreign objects can get in the strangest places. Also check your fuel cap and make sure the vent is not blocked.

Was thinking head gasket - hope it's not that.
Also had a few old cars that had a coolant passage through the intake manifold to help control temperature. One ctacked, letting coolant into the fuel/air mix going into the combustion chamber.
