I'm posting this here since TYM makes tractors for numerous brands. I have a RK37HSC that the forward pedal won't move. Yesterday I was using the grapple to clean up some branches and limbs left in my pasture by hurricane Milton. I moved a couple piles and on the last batch I moved I dumped the load and backed away to get another batch. Whoa and behold I couldn't depress the forward pedal. Reverse works fine so I thought maybe as I was backing over branches maybe one got tangled in the linkage. Crawling under the tractor I couldn't see anything. It appears that there is no mechanical connection between the linkage and the trans. It looks like the linkage just connects to a sensor that the arm moves one direction for forward and the other for reverse. It was getting dark so I didn't get to spend much time looking but I can't imagine that the sensor would be able to freeze in only one direction. We finally got power back this morning so today will be spent cleaning up other messes such as thawed food and so forth. This pedal is locked both with the tractor running and off so it's not a hydraulic issue. Like I said the FEL, bucket and reverse all work fine. Any ideas so I have some suggestions when I get back out there?
