Can\'t quite make up my mind...
John Deere dealer insulted me with their trade-in offer ($6500)for my Cub. Kubota dealer offered me close to Blue Book ($10,500)on it. That pretty much narrowed down my color choice. I know that I want an L-series 4WD. I am comparing the L-3130 vs. the 2800 & 3400. The 3400 has ample HP, but the hydraulics seem a little weak. Also, my Cub has a dual-stage clutch. The Kubotas do not. It probably doesn't matter, because I am only going to use a chipper & a winch.
I have a little over 5 acres, but my brother-in-law lives next door with 40 more that we are going to get wood out of. He has an L-4330 4WD w/ GST. I am thinking either the GST or the shuttle shift.
