Make sure your control handle has not bent. I couldn't get mine out of 4WD and I ended up bending the control arm before I realized how to do it. I removed the arm, bent it back, and everything shifts great now /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

My tc35d had the same issue recently and I tried all these things, but it still wouldn't budge. At the dealer for my checkup, he fixed it and said it just needed some oil to loosen it up. It worked great after that, I could shift it in and out almost with one finger. Has started to get a little stiffer now. More oiling?
