Go to a site called agcoauto.com. You can submit questions in the site and get answers from the owner pretty quick. He is very knowledgable. He also list a bunch of already answered questions in a search menu.

My Samurai sat for about a year because of multiple issues (mostly the Samurai "death wobble". I finally got all of that fixed, then it needed new tires, shocks, steering stabilizer, door handles (inside and out), radio, etc. When I finally got all that going, it would start but would not idle. I had put on a Weber carb and Strictly Suzuki intake years ago, so I got a rebuild kit for the carb and installed that. After that, it started good, ran great and would idle good. After about a month, it reached the point that if I didn't start it a couple of times a day, I would have to re-prime the carb or else it would just crank and never start. Once it's running, it runs fine.

Some I'm trying to figure out if I have a carb problem, a fuel pump problem or something else. Like I said, I rebuilt the carb and it ran great for about a month, now this.

I would love some advice if any of you guys have any.

I'd eliminate the fuel pump because once it starts, it's fine. And if you keep starting it during the day, it's fine.

Try rebuilding the carb again... it should get easier and faster each time! Sounds like the gas is slowly draining out of it somehow, to me. I've never had to mess with my carb (most of my problems were with the shift levers until I replaced both of the plastic spacer/retainers).

Maybe a little piece of junk is stuck in a jet or shutoff solanoid and letting the gas leak through? Before you rebuild it, get it full of gas (by running the engine), then pull it off and put it on a paper to see if you can see where the gas is getting out?

If you live close enough we could swap carbs and verify that the problem follows.
