Is it really all that hard to get a license to use restricted pesticides? I did a quick look for my state. It looks like you buy a study manual for about 30 bucks, read it, take a test...if you pass...presto....acess to all restricted use pesticides. I may just do it for the heck of it. I'd sure like to be able to get and use diazinon. I used to use it on ant hills and building foundations, works great!
