I have one of the carports you are talking about.
It is 18'x41'. It has the 11' high sides. I keep a rv under it. I added the sides myself, it is not hard to do.
Just a guess based on what I went thru I would venture a guess of $400 give or take to close it in like you are talking about, you doing it yourself.
One thing to consider. I noticed in a recent add for them that they said free installation for a limited time. That statement makes me wonder if they are going to start charging for installation at some point, I don't think the prices for them have changed for a long time.
