Carslile AT101 24x12-12 Chevron (lug) tires on a ZD326. Been done? Carslile WT300?

I wouldn't get to worried about the actual diameter that will vary a lot with the pressurization. In fact it already does with your turf tires and you probably just do not realize it. My bet is that you have enough adjustment front to back on the deck to accommodate the change in height. The local Grasshoppper dealer is a friend of mine and you have to special request turf tires as he orders all his in with the chevron tires.

Interestingly I just measured the 26x12-12 ORT Grassmasters on the ZD. They are 23.5" high when inflated to 10psi....

Doing a bit of digging I found this info on Lawnsite http://www.lawnsite.com/showpost.php?p=1178894&postcount=54

"24-12-12 AT101= 23 1/4" from top of tire to ground on tiger cub."

Its beginning to look like the 24" At101s will work in place of the supposed 26" Grassmasters. I was surprised the grassmasters were so undersize! considering the OTR catalog shows the 26" Grassmaster as having a 25.4" installed height. There is a considerable weight difference between the TC at 1050lbs and the ZD326 at 1667lbs however.

I know were only talking about a lawnmower here, but ride height changes of a couple inches can have a huge impact on deck pitch which in turn has an impact in cut quality. The 1/4" difference between the two tires should be easy to dial out when setting up the deck pitch for the season after sharpening assuming the added weight of the ZD doesnt make the difference more than 1/2" or so.
